And still, she is embedded in your very cells, and resonates in the rhythms and sensations of your body.

you build trust in your cellular wisdom, and

Reconnecting with your rhythms & sensations, invites you into being your own north star.
And, to do so in community is to navigate in right-relationship with integrity.
A Workshop
Each workshop, online and in person, offers a powerful 8-step guided painting experience that invites a gentle, fun & sustainable way to:

These workshops are truly a journey - a tuning process that can re-set your nervous system and relationships within and without your body+field.
Creating in such intentional ways reveals the healing power of art and the ancient community practice of people coming together - to celebrate and support each other.

We use an Intentional Creativity® approach that seems like magic - but is in fact a structured & proven process that pairs inquiry & visualizations with the act of guided painting.

Journey
YOUR GUIDED PAINTING
Let's start by saying: You do not need any prior painting experience, and all bodies bring their own wisdom and ways of moving with the archetypal feminine.
Painting is a beautiful and powerful form of self-expression that can also be intimidating especially when we are caught up in our heads with judgements.
In the Woman's Song workshops you will quickly learn that you have arrived in a container of celebration and welcome where it is known that every body has a woman's song, everybody is on their own journey, everybody is invested in the experience, and everybody has the capacity to connect with their inner artist & inner feminine.
The offered guidance and prompts are intended to invite and empower you to unlock your inner wisdom and creativity. How each of our bodies do this is part of our unique song.
This journey is one of bravely daring to put brush to canvas and practice listening to the rhythms of your body, feeling its emotions, movement, and sensations.

Your Guides
Denise Christopher and Emma J Coddington Brown met while in training to become Intentional Creativity Practitioners & Teachers. Denise is a love coach who has helped women grow self love & find love for over 10 years. Emma is a queer & dis/abled (hoh/deaf) neuroscientist from Aotearoa, who has studied love and stress for more than 25 years. Both of us are called to working with color, culture, paint and canvas as an approach to finding our own way, listening to our inner wisdom, and divining how we may be of service in this lifetime. Its no wonder we connected and started a love fest/collaboration.
